I am considered a leading authority in the field of sinus disease and most renowned for my expertise in the filed of complex frontal sinus diseases. I have some of the most extensive experience in surgery in this area, have published (journal articles and book chapters), given Keynote lectures at European National society meetings (Briton, Ireland, Greece, Belgium,

Hungary and Denmark), am invited faculty on premier Sinus surgery courses (Royal college of Surgeons of Edinburgh, Paris and Copenhagen and Pennsylvania- USA) and run the premier European course on Frontal sinus surgery. Recognition of my expertise has led to my invitation as speaker and faculty at the European Congress of Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck society (2011), International congress of Skull base society congress (2012) and the planned World Skull base congress in Italy in 2014.

I am an accomplished Rhinoplasty surgeon with over 15 years’ experience. I prescribe to the “natural look” school of Rhinoplasty and do not perform the “sculptured look”. I have performed hundreds of procedures, am equally comfortable with both closed and open techniques and accumulated extensive range of techniques to be able to manage the tremendous variation that can present in Rhinoplasty surgery. I teach and have taught this surgery across almost all the continents – UK, Thailand, India, Denmark and USA. I run a primer course in facial aesthetic surgery in Nottingham teaching other surgeons techniques in this field.

As a surgeon dealing with the management of the upper airway, for over 14 years I have been involved in the management of snoring and sleep apnoea syndrome. I have described and published a novel technique with excellent long term results in palatal surgery and have lectured on over 15 conferences and courses including as far a China and India.
