May I take this opportunity of thanking you again for your treatment and calm reassurance – much appreciated!!
You and Dr Dow removed a pituitary tumour I had acquired back in June. Despite the copious tears and because of them, when the stitches came out I really didn’t thank you for the marvellous operation. I feel very, very thankful to yourself and Dr Dow and all of the staff involved. My eyesight is much improved and I feel very, very well. We are so lucky to have such skilled and caring people like yourselves.
Thank you for the care and patience which was given regarding my small operation. I was extremely nervous and wish to extend my gratitude to you all for the calm and professional approach which was given to me.
Wishing you a very happy Christmas and sending you heartful thanks for your dedication and commitment to your profession and to your patients. I am indebted always to your outstanding skills as a surgeon and for the difference you have made to my life and my outlook, as well as for the care and aftercare given to me. May this Christmas bring you happiness and all you would wish for yourself and those dear to you. With much appreciation.
Thank you for looking after my dad so fantastically. He really enjoyed his trips to see you all and honesty you gave to both of us.
I would like to express my thanks to you for all you have done for me. When I first came to see you, I was extremely depressed and distraught with all that was happening to me. Very upset the night prior to my admission, ‘terrified’ would be a better word really, but you came to see me on the ward and made me feel calm and relaxed. You had the time to sit and explain everything to do with my operations my husband told me. You also went to the ward when I was in recovery and spoke to him. He said he felt so reassured by this. I am not criticising hospitals, but this is very unheard of in hospitals I have attended for over 2 years or more, where I came out non-the-wiser. It was only when I saw Mr Stevenson my situation changed dramatically and he asked you to take a look at me. I can never thank you enough. I look and feel human again. Have a lovely Christmas and a happy new year. You are one in a million.
I want to say a BIG thank you for the nasal polyp operations and the last operation Autumn 2012. Thank you for helping me over the years understand the sinus problem.
I wanted to write to thank you for everything you have done for me. I strongly believe that if it wasn’t for your skills, dedication and commitment, I would not be alive today. Please know that, not only do I respect you as a person, I also fully respect you as a compassionate professional.
Thank you for taking such great care of my mum. You have all done such an amazing job for which we cannot thank you enough. Whenever I come back from China I seem to read a lot of negative press about the medical professional and I can never understand why. In my experience – especially through my mother, these last few months – we are incredibly lucky to have such wonderful, caring staff. You have all made such a difference to our lives. Please pass on my gracious thanks to all of the staff in your department. We are eternally grateful.
Please accept this as a small token of my appreciation for your attention in seeing me at your clinic and cauterising my nose. It has been most successful. I have had no after effects, no bleeding and all seems normal. Thank you again.
Thank you for performing my rhinoplasty operation a few months ago, my quality of life has improved greatly. Please thank all of the hospital staff who looked after me so well during my stay and this present is a token of my thanks.
We would like to thank you for all your help and care during Amanda’s operation and for a wonderful success in her operation.
Thank you very much for the excellent consultation and treatment I received.
Just a short note to thank you for your professional care to date and for your kindness during a difficult time for me facing further surgery.
I would like to say, ‘thank you’ to you and all your team who operated on me on 23rd May and for my care at other appointments. I feel the care I received was excellent and I am relieved the problem has been treated. My thanks to you all once again.
I just wanted to say thank you for all your support during all of my decision making and after my operation. Really appreciate your guidance and I know I chose the right doctor for me!
A big ‘thank you’ for all of your skill and core in repairing my bumpy nose!
Thank you very, very, very much Prof Sama for changing my life even more than I had ever expected, every day I feel so liberated and almost stress free, it has made such an impact. My confidence is so much stronger when I wake in the morning and get ready for the day I am so happy…SO, SO HAPPY….and it lasts all day and night. Thanks just doesn’t seem enough. I just walk around smiling and laughing all day long, people would think I’m mad, ha, ha. I always get reminders of you, like when I’m walking down the street with the sun casting my shadow in front of me, when I smile to myself I give you a silent ‘thanks’. I really do hope that you get immense gratification from helping people in such dilemmas. I am very pleased with the outcome of the procedure, it was the best thing I could have ever done for myself. Again, Prof Sama, I thank you and leave you with my best wishes and blessings.
